Currently based in New York, New Delhi-bred singer/songwriter Abhilasha Sinha embarked on her solo journey earlier this year with the release of her stunning debut single, ‘Mother‘. And now following the unveiling of two more songs, ‘Tum Ho Yahaan‘ and ‘Hold Your Pride‘ respectively, the rising act has now revealed that she will be heading out on her debut India tour, ‘The Labours Of Love‘ later this month, starting 20th July in the national capital.
As she continues to serve her role as the lead vocalist and one-third of trip-hop trio No Honey, as well as one-third of the folk trio RIVER alongside Kamakshi Khanna and Tarana Marwah, Abhilasha’s solo repertoire has already managed to gather a passionate fanbase which is highlighted by her signature soaring vocals and poignant lyrics. Describing her music as “forever work-in-progress, sunshiny and sad love ditties”, the young act will be performing in five cities across the country namely, New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
